QUEENSLAND RIDE ROUTE(S) FOR 2024 WALL TO WALL RIDE

Route/s and Meets –

Route – Official bike route (Sydney route)

  • Brisbane Baton Ceremony, 9.00am, (Alice Street Botanical Gardens) to Armidale – 11/9/24 Wednesday 550ks  –
    • Make own accommodation arrangements.  Rydges Armidale as per last year or there are 3 Motels across the road from the bowls club. 
  • Armidale to Oberon – 12/9/24 Thursday 565ks – Make own on accommodation arrangements. 
  • Oberon to Surrey Hills, Sydney – 13/9/24 Friday night 200ks. (for drinks, 6pm.) – Make own accommodation and private parking arrangements.
    • Note – Only marked QPS bikes and those personnel officially representing QPOL to access Sydney Police Centre secure onsite parking, due to NSWPOL Management request.
  • Sydney to Canberra – 14/9/24 Saturday 300ks. –  Make own accommodation arrangements. 
  • Qld Gathering Venue in Canberra after Ceremony – 14/9/24.  Realm Hotel Downstairs courtyard outside the Buvette Bistro, 6pm.
